Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on bb44, you acknowledge that you have fully read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply equally to all registered and unregistered users. bb44 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Applicants must be 18 years or older to register on bb44. Attempts by minors to open accounts are strictly prohibited and such accounts may be closed without notice.

Account Creation & Security
Registration Requirements
Each user may open only one account. Managing multiple accounts by the same individual may result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances. The name, mobile number, and ID provided during registration must be true and accurate. Accounts submitted with false information may be closed at any time.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Do not allow anyone else access to your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact [email protected] immediately. bb44 is not liable if you share your password or allow third parties to manage your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bb44 platform:
- Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user’s account
- Using bots, automated scripts, or other technologies to gain unfair advantage
- Attempting to exploit system bugs for profit without reporting them
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
Violation of these rules may lead to immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.
Users must always behave respectfully toward other users and the platform. Rude or threatening language toward customer support is prohibited. bb44 platform content, design, or information may not be used by third parties without permission.
Payment, Transactions & Account Policies
Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
All bb44 transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via recognized payment channels including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawals must use the same payment channel as the deposit. Requests to deposit or withdraw to third parties or other accounts will not be accepted. Suspicious transactions are automatically reviewed and may be temporarily suspended.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Bb44 may suspend or close accounts without prior notice for violations like breaching terms, fraudulent activity, managing multiple accounts, or providing false information during verification. Valid balances in suspended accounts may be refunded after review, but balances of closed accounts due to violations are not guaranteed for refund.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitations of Liability
In case of technical faults, server issues, internet disruptions, or third-party payment service problems causing financial loss, bb44’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent. bb44 is not liable for service interruptions due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
Intellectual Property
Bb44’s logo, design, software, content, and trademarks are fully owned by bb44. Without written permission, these assets may not be copied, distributed, or modified for commercial or personal use.
Third-Party Services & Links
Bb44 integrates services from third-party payment and game providers. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. bb44 is not directly responsible for issues arising from their services. Users are advised to review third-party terms separately.
Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact
Bb44 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Important changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed and interpreted under the existing laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes should first be attempted to resolve through discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be settled in the appropriate court of Bangladesh.
